If you're buying a home, you need to ensure that your real estate advisor is protecting your interests. That's why my buyer clients work with me under a buyer agreement.
Once that agreement is established, I am not required to provide any information to the seller that would enhance their negotiating position. I am allowed to represent you, as the home buyer, to make sure you pay a fair price for the home of your choice. And I am allowed to negotiate any contract issues to protect your best interest.
A transplanted Brit, I came to Texas more than 34 years ago. I moved to San Antonio a young wife and mother, and San Antonio embraced me with its warmth and welcome. I loved it then and I love it now. Although San Antonio has continued to grow, it still retains its charm and hospitality...that is why I've made it my home.
